Trois-Rivières - Anse Duquéry beach

Plage Anse DuquéryWhen we did the walk to the Anse Galets beach, a beautiful rugged beach is visible, black sand and coconut palms: Duquéry beach. It is not possible to access the beach via the coast so we followed a different path.
Returning to the starting point ....
So to go to the beach Anse Duquéry, we must, from Trois Rivières, follow the same route as the one to get to the Anse Galets beach: from Trois Rivières (by car), follow direction "la Coulisse". The road is narrow and sinuous After a few kilometers, we parked near the hiking sign" Trail of Grande-Pointe, Anse Duquérry ". The sign is clearly visible because it is located along the road. When you are at this panel you park. Let the sign on your left, then continue to walk on the road, for about fifty meters.

The passage to go down to the beach is hardly visible due to vegetation. A landmark: a small concrete wall (second photo below). The passage is left of the wall. Down to the beach. The descent is steep but easy nonetheless. We arrive at a beautiful beach. . In the descent, there are the ruins of what appeared to be a small stone house. The black sand on the beach is very fine ... The sky is threatening, not had time to return to the car, it started to rain
